Location awareness from a public and 9-1-1 perspective is a more complicated matter because lives are on the line. This session is designed to help the GIS professional understand the basics of addressing using a more recent case study from the City of San Jose - Master Address Database. We’ll explore why your organization, no matter how big or small, will benefit from going through the effort to create and/or improve the precision and accuracy of your jurisdiction's address point data.
