Steve Bein, GISP manages Geospatial Services at Michael Baker International and is responsible for the development and use of GIS and Internet based technologies to enhance the success of clients and projects. Mr. Bein is a registered Civil Engineer with a background of over 25 years in GIS and Public Safety, Water Resources, Land Development and Transportation engineering. He teaches courses in GIS at the University of California, Irvine Extension, and is the past Chairman of the National GIS Committee for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
