Eadie Kaltenbacher, GISP, recently earned her MBA from Marylhurst University and connects business concepts with the GIS world. Her GIS background spans several years in local government serving a wide variety of customers, including both providing and consuming addressing data in a public safety environment. She has also served as the Chief Editor of The Summit, WAURISA's newsletter, sharing how our community uses GIS to make a positive impact. Eadie's current role is as a Public Safety GIS Expert with Michael Baker International, ensuring first responders have access to accurate, complete, and current GIS data and technology so that emergency callers can be located quickly and correctly.
Jeff Ledbetter is a GIS, public safety, addressing and GIS technology subject matter expert with nearly two decades in GIS. His unique skill as a "translator" helps both technical and non-technical people understand public safety, addressing and GIS concepts and the technology that supports them. Since 2009 Mr. Ledbetter has been supporting GIS technology in PSAPs and Emergency Operations Centers. Mr. Ledbetter is a Public Safety GIS Expert with Michael Baker International based out of San Diego, CA and holds GIS Professional (GISP), Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
